Frightened by Finals???

Fret Not…Listen to Me and Finals Week Will Be Easy. 15 tips to help you survive finals week!

1. Eat balanced meals (you will need the energy)

2. Incorporate the following foods/beverages into your diet. According to Web MD, they help  improve brain function and memory

  • blueberries
  • wild salmon
  • nuts and seeds
  • avocados
  • whole grains
  • beans
  • pomegranate juice
  • freshly brewed tea
  • dark chocolate 🙂

3. Work out to release endorphins and build confidence

4. Relax but take your finals SERIOUSLY

5. Don’t CRAM; either you know the information or you don’t

6. Go over the quizzes and tests you’ve taken. If you got any answers wrong; go back and figure out why you got them wrong

7. Form a study group and construct a practice final exam based on your readings and previous tests

8. Go to bed by 11 pm and DO NOT study after 11 pm

9.Wake up early in the morning and go over your notes

10. On the final, answer EVERY question even if you have to guess

11. Give it your all. GO HARD<<<TURN UP

12. You know it now show it

13. Think Positive

14. Don’t Cheat

15. Finish the semester with a bang
